WHAT IS YOUR CLOTHING RETURN POLICY?
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of shipping date.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept payments from all major credit card companies Mastercard, AMEX, Visa and Discover cards. Payment through PayPal coming soon.

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

For most orders, allow 4-9 business days for delivery. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery.

3. Where are your products shipped from?
We have several warehouses around the US. With so many shipping centers across the country, we provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry.

4. Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.

5. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

6. How can I pay for my order?
Mad Bread currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal payments coming soon.

7. How long will it take me to get my order?
Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method ("fast" at checkout).

8. How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our contact page.

10. Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us.

11. How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our contact page to initiate the returns process.
12. What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team by visiting our contact page.

13. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses.
